High above Earth, on the moon’s surface, Mr. E, a detective in the emotions division at the Expanded Learning Academy for Young Heroes, faces a tragic twist of fate when he is trapped inside a watch.

 

Years later, Ralphie, a young hero, stumbles upon the watch imprisoning Mr. E, sparking a journey to uncover a dark scheme to take over the galaxy. Guided by Mr. E's spectral presence, Ralphie and his allies must navigate their emotions, unravel the watch's mysteries, and free Mr. E before darkness consumes them all.
